Yeah, not too safe for unsuspecting cyclists in damp weather.
And in response to Anonymous September 9. 2021 —- I’m sure the 8 inch deep pothole filled with water would be much safer for the unsuspecting cyclist as opposed to the now repaired pothole with tile and grout.
