Donald Trump has been found guilty on all 34 counts in his hush money trial in New York. He’s is now officially a convicted felon. Although reports and photos of the trial say he remained mostly stoic throughout, the former president did not hold back after the verdict, calling it “a rigged trial” and “a disgrace”. This is a short list of the awesome trolls of the Mango in Chief…but they were good ones!
Three thoughts:
1) The Dems should congratulate themselves. They likely have just handed Drumpf the presidency thru their lawfare.
2) The lawfare used against Orange Man will almost certainly be turned on the Dems when the Repugs come to power.
3) The legitimacy of the US justice system has not been helped by this. Love or hate the Orange man, this legal process has reeked of Soviet style show trials from the beginning.
It would have been better to ignore Orange Man and let him slip into obscurity. As it stands, the free publicity has done nothing but boost Orange Man’s standing in the eyes of his supporters and the trial has done nothing to address the problem of corruption among our elites (of all political persuasions).

Sorry to dis the great George Takei, but the 34th president was Dwight Eisenhower and no way I’m tarring him with Trump.
Just to say, this is just another loud and clear message to the republican party : you are better off Trump, when will you understand? It’s not a question of the dems trying to attack you, it’s about you following the wrong guy all along. Is your party so empty that you can just afford one silly billionaire to represent you nowadays? A guy that asks you to pay for his lawyers so he can continue to golf and f with p-rn stars? Are you seriously that blind? The problem is not the democrats here. It’s clearly not. It’s about blindness. Or deafness. Or both maybe.
