Reminds of a man (let’s call him “Jim Jarmusch”) who was telling another man (let’s call him “John Lurie”) about a story of a woman whose life was saved by a dolphin that repeatedly poked her in the chest. She becomes concerned and later goes to doctor, finds out that she has a tumor at the exact place where the dolphin was poking, and her life is ultimately saved.
The narrator then comments that the most remarkable part of the story is how the dolphin knew that the woman was unaware of the tumor.
