Merit Badges For Millennial Life Achievements

Ah, millennials, those special, sensitive young adults held down by soul-crushing student loan debt, wages that cannot keep up with inflation, and discriminated against by swipe caps on Tinder likes. Luckily, there’s a way to build back up their selfie esteem: merit badges. Yes, just like those you earned back in your boy or girl scout days. It’s good to have goals. And these little rewards are what the millennials need topic start success in their half-hearted future.

  1. More age prejudice training for the next generation. Not a joke, this article…it’s backhanded media manipulation, just exactly like the lies that were used on the last generation. Be smart, DON’T get a credit card, don’t make the same mistakes of the last generations.

  2. In 1972 a 40-hour a week minimum wage job would pay for full tuition at Yale and a 1br apartment in New Haven.

  3. miminum wage in 1972 in Massachusetts was was $1.75/hour or $3500/year. Google it and you will see tuition was $4400/year. Google it. This is the kind of post to encourage resentment across generations. You want to change things, encourage young people to vote.

  4. I do encourage young people to vote – for Trump. When the facts are presented to them without bias nearly 80% who were going to vote for “other than Trump” have switched to “Trump”. If voting do your research first. Vote intelligently. Those candidates who promise free stuff aren’t much different than the pedophiles who try to lure kids into the back of windowless vans with candy.

  9. Vote intelligently and do your research because…the other people are like pedophiles in vans with their “climate change is real” and “the oncoming pandemic is not actually a Dem hoax” and “the terrorists storming the walls of the Capitol are not actually freedom fighters trying to save democracy.”

  10. yeah really i see waaaay more sense in following the drivel of stoned iron age soothsayers than the ramblings of so-called scientists with their stupid evidence and logic and a capacity for critical thought.

and yes, get a credit card because without it you will have a harder time getting a credit rating, without which life is nigh impossible. just use it wisely and pay it off monthly.
