Artist Brings Ceramics To Life

Sculptor Ronit Baranga creates a combination of the still and the alive by adding human fingers and mouths to tableware. The result is creepy, funny, and disturbing at the same time.

  1. Wildly creative and creepy at the same time. Where do the fingers come from? Or are they ceramic also?

  2. I’ve eaten food that can taste you back (cow tongue), but I’ve never thought of it being able to bite you back…until now.

  3. Brilliant and I love it, but I doubt we’ll see this on “The Great Pottery Throw Down” any time soon.
I’d like to see some different mouths, too.
