The George Michael one was in very poor taste. Beyond sad and useless.
I agree the one about George Michael was in poor taste. But my real problem with it was that I couldn’t find any gerbil in the picture.
What’s taste got to do, got to do with it?
Yeah, like George Michael cares…
What was that guy doing with the apple in his car?
Boring!
Santa Accepting cookies, very funny.
The Apple Tree as well along with the Praying Mantis!
Last Christmas he gave them his heart, the very next day they gave it away. It’s a song. Covered dozens of times. Get a grip y’all. It’s played in steady rotation.
Seriously, duh duh really had to explain that to you? The guy who thinks gerbils are funny and his nimwit companion Anonymous?
I don’t know the true intention of the author of that George Michael comic. But if I had to take a guess, I would think it was about the song “Last Christmas” (I gave you my heart. And the very next day you gave it away).
Some are wry and a couple are hilarious. I enjoyed them. Not much evidence of wit in the comments, however.
These comments are duller than the comics.
The penultimate one was sorely missing a reference to a childrens broken teeth collecting fairy.
I love the single panel cartoons that show up periodically, and these were some of the best and were thought provoking. The George Michael one, last Christmas you gave me your heart, come on, you had lol on that one.
Slow start but got funnier as I went
Bananas
It can’t be easy to draw a funny to go with a humorous line. Kudos to the creator.
Great stuff
So harp virtuosos get the same pass as politicians? Good to know.
{arpeggio}
Enjoyed them all, but “Worst Enemy” was my favorite.
Life is short! Enjoy or Hurumf at some but it’s humor. Take it leave, agree or disagree, humor is sometimes hard to take or you just may not get the context.
I grew up on The New Yorker comics, Sunday paper comics and Chas Adams was my favorite as a kid. Then I found Zap comics and later, the Far Side.
After almost 70 yrs on this earthly plain I find that humor, laughter, understanding and tolerance provides one with a some what peaceful life. But humor between all people and I have traveled half this planet, laughter is an amazing ambassador.
The comments are more funny than the funniest. A

Its called “sad and useless humor”. Cant get any more transparent than that.
