Ed Himelblau is a professor in the Biological Sciences Department at California Polytechnic State University where he teaches courses in genetics and botany. He has always loved cartoons and decided to try to make them himself. Ed sold his first cartoon to The New Yorker in April, 2021 and has been going strong ever since.
