None of these dogs are abused Karen. They are all in a completely relaxed state, a deep sleep. Dogs in pain or who are experiencing trauma of any kind do not display this body language. Dogs sleep belly up, legs splayed, and various other doggy sleep yoga positions when they are in bliss. If a dog is experiencing pain or suffering they sleep in a fetal position to protect and comfort themselves. Not one dog here is suffering. Enjoy their sweet dreams as the rest of us are.
