Jeff Stahler is a cartoonist and painter known for his work on editorial cartoons and comic panels. He has a rich background in the field, having served as an editorial cartoonist for various publications. Stahler is also the creator of the comic panel “Moderately Confused,” which has been running since 2003 and can be seen in newspaper sites nationwide.
