Ryan Mason is a graphic designer and cartoonist from the US of A. He started making comics back in the 2007 and is still going strong aiming to draw at least one cartoon each week. Re the wood chopping one, it took me a moment too. It’s that the tree is looking on with an expression of horror. The drink and the pile of cut wood just show that he’s been at the task of chopping wood a long time.
The Three Bears was my favorite.
