Meet Yoo A Seo: South Korea’s Doll-Like Instagram Star

Remember Shashaeile? Now get ready to meet Yoo A Seo, South Korea’s real-life Barbie – except, you know, the kind of Barbie that’s been through one too many rounds with Instagram filters and Photoshop. Her Instagram is a masterclass in defying the laws of anatomy, boasting a doll-like figure with a head so tiny it could give hat manufacturers a heart attack. With over 600,000 followers who apparently love a good digital illusion, she’s out there promoting products and destinations, all while looking like she just stepped out of a CGI rendering.

  1. Say it with me:

It’s not (beauty), it’s a cry for help.

Social media is a societal cancer.

  2. Why is it that so many nice looking girls want to look like someone else?

If everyone just left everyone else alone and stopped telling others how they are supposed to look, how to dress and so on, life would be so much simpler for all.

  3. Looks like a Barbie doll after the head has been pulled off and there’s just the bulge on the top of the neck.

  4. I think this person does this as a comment on social media influencers, and not a good one. These are deliberate distortions of her body, head, limbs, and neck, and it borders on art. It is also a comment on those that follower her because it blatant asks exactly what are they following. There is literally more to this than meets the eye.

  5. What has happened to this page? It used to be fun, and now you write about a random photo shop girl that only have 600 000 followers🤦‍♀️

  6. Agree totally with Please and some others. What has become of this Page? I don’t want to see influencers here. It really became only sad and useless while it used to be hilarious.
